Hello can a take photos and record videos with iPhone 14 pro max underwater or actually in the ocean?

The iPhone 14 Pro Max is NOT designed to be used underwater. There are plenty of third-party cases available that claim to be waterproof. DO NOT use any of those underwater. If you do, then you will end up destroying your iPhone from liquid/water damage.

Only if you want to destroy your phone. Salt water is the worst. AppleCare will not cover water damage.
