The answer is the same. Contact the game developer, and request access to their TestFlight beta. If the game developer is currently conducting a beta using TestFlight, and is interested in your assistance, they can provide a code.

Flight test
There is no separate test of the FlightTest app, so there are no codes available for testing FlightTest app using FlightTest.app.
If you are seeking to test some other app that is testing using FlightTest, which other app are you seeking to test?

Contact the app vendor.
The app vendor created the app, and is managing the TeatFlight beta.
That’s not going to be anybody around this discussion thread

I am the lead on this project; I have full control over appstore connect, I can publish the app to the app store etc. How on earth do I get access to test flight? What is this mysterious code invite code? I have opened the email, no code; I have opened the email on the iPad, no code. I have scoured over app store connect looking to generate this code. Nothing. How on earth do I get this?
This project? Which project? This whole thread is seemingly random folks asking for random testing codes.
Here is how to use TestFlight as a developer: https://testflight.apple.com/
Within TestFlight, a developer can email a private invite to a specific user or a list of users, or the developer can generate a URL that can be posted. The former approach with email holds the testing closer and testers are not anonymous, while the latter is much wider and testers are anonymous. These two approaches are the “codes” used in TestFlight—there are codes buried inside these, but those codes aren’t all that useful either for the developer or for the tester.
Once a new tester has installed TestFlight app and accepted the test, they should have access to the test on their devices (up to 10?) sharing the same Apple ID without dealing with any codes.
You’ll probably want to limit the duration of the testing campaign, and this limit can then be used to free up TestFlight resources for potentially more active testers from the inactive testers, or from the wants-a-free-app folks.

If the app beta is not available to your Apple ID within TestFlight, contact the app vendor.

Nobody here can provide you with access to some app beta.

What is the intevation code for TestFlight
TestFlight is an Apple app used to allow people to assist with testing of apps.
Here is how a developer can configure and use TestFlight: https://testflight.apple.com/
Within TestFlight, a developer can email a private invite to a specific user or to a list of users, or the developer can generate a URL that can be posted. The former email-based approach with email holds the testing closer and the testers are not anonymous, while the scope of the latter URL approach is much wider and testers are anonymous. These two approaches involve the “codes” used in TestFlight—there are codes buried inside these, but those codes aren’t all that useful either for the developer or for the tester.
Once a new tester has installed TestFlight app and has accepted the test, they should have access to the test on all of their devices (up to 10?) sharing the same Apple ID. Without dealing with any invitation codes.
Developers will usually want to limit the duration of the app testing campaign, and this expiration can then be used to free up limited TestFlight resources from inactive or unresponsive users for use by what can potentially be more active and more responsive testers, and can also free up the limited number of invites available from those that want an app for free.

Contact the app vendor you are seeking to assist with testing, and inquire whether they’re currently running a beta. The app vendor created the app, and is managing any active TestFlight beta.
Nobody around this discussion thread can provide codes, nor access to third-party or Apple apps.

Hello and welcome to the thread.
Nobody around this discussion can provide TestFlight codes, nor provide access to third-party or Apple apps.
TestFlight is a way for app developers to get help testing their maybe-not-completely-ready-to-use apps.
TestFlight is not a try-before-you-buy mechanism for apps.
If helping to debug a potentially-buggy app is interesting to you, contact the app vendor you are seeking to assist with debugging and testing, and inquire if they’re currently running a beta for the app. The app vendor created the app, and—if there is a beta, and if the beta is using TestFlight—is managing the beta and any TestFlight codes.
