Switching between Displays in Screen Sharing app

Hi!

Do you know if there is any possibility to swap between displays in the screensharing app (Mac OS 12.5) when not in observation mode and not using the Touchbar (attached photo)? Short cuts seem to be disabled when not in observation mode, which is really irritating - since it makes automation via mouse buttons impossible...

Thanks for your help!

Hey Da vid,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. From what we understand, you'd like to know if there is a way to switch between displays while screen sharing while not using Observe Mode.

When controlling or observing a client computer with more than one display, you can view both displays (side-by-side in one window) or one display. In Remote Desktop , click in the toolbar of the main window to change which display to view.

You can read more about this here: Control or observe one client computer with Remote Desktop.

If the feature isn't what you're requesting, you can submit feedback or suggestions to Apple here: Product Feedback

Take care.
