How to remove demarcation line between displays on Macbook?

I'm using an ultra-wide monitor that is functioning as 2 distinct displays. My Macbook is connected to the monitor and recognizes it as 2 distinct displays, and it works fine. The only issue/peeve that I'm having is that between the 2 "displays" is a line of demarcation, that shows on the wallpaper, on apps...basically everything (screenshot below). Is there any way to disable this?

It looks like the colour calibration is off. In the Displays setting, verify that they are using the same profile. If not, fix that. If they are, you can try to manually calibrate. Hold down the option key to enter manual mode.
