Upload to iCloud

Help every time I send another iMessage always shows updating the iCloud I don’t know what device am finding but obviously the house or somewhere I am in some other device

Hi! Here are some solutions:

1) Go into Find My to see any devices your iCloud account may be signed into.

2) Go to Settings>(Your profile on the top of the screen)>Scroll down and see your devices.

3) Go to Settings>Messages>Text Message Forwarding

It may either be, to your point, uploading to iCloud to sync with compatible iCloud devices, or it may be simply going to iCloud. The reason it may display this message if you ARE NOT signed into other devices would be your internet connection; your connection may be a bit slow, and it is not syncing right away, and so it will tell you it is syncing with iCloud.

This is quite usual and shouldn't be a concern.

If your iCloud account is linked to a device that either you don't own or you don't have or otherwise know about, you should take action from there; Remove any unknown devices from your iCloud account and change your password(s) immediately. If needed, contact Apple Support.
