MacOS is not displaying the Sanskrit Unicode character U+1CDA for double svarita.
Below is the snapshot of the character that is not displayed (taken from https://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/U0900.pdf )
MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.2
On my machine 1dca is easily available via several fonts. Could you open Character Viewer and see what your have in yours for this character?

That's odd. You need to contact the support for the people who make those apps which do not display it correctly, they probably need to update them.
