iPhone 11 [16.4.1] doesn't see HomeKit Accessories

For more than a year, aqara hub m1s has been working properly for me, which supports apple home. It was necessary to change the password and the wifi name, for which you need to reset the hub. After the reset, the iPhone does not see the aqara hub, although the other two phones find it and add it to apple home without problems, so the problem is definitely not in the aqara hub.

What is done:

- Reset network settings

- Deleted the home app

- Updated the phone from the computer to the latest firmware version

- Changed iCloud account on phone

- Reset device to factory settings

- Changed the router to another with a different WiFi network

- Installed profile http://appldnld.apple.com/iOSProfiles/HomeKitReset.mobileconfig and reset apple home

Any ideas how else to fix this problem with the phone?

Hello Strannik_IUI,

If you're unable to add an accessory to HomeKit, you'll want to make sure the accessory and the iPhone are on the same Wi-Fi network when setting it up. For example if you have a Wi-Fi network with multiple bands, make sure both devices are on the same one. Say you have a network named "Wi-Fi-2G" and one named "Wi-Fi-5G", you'll want to make sure both devices are on the same band network.

If you were already able to set up the accessory in HomeKit, but that same home is not showing up on another device, make sure the "Home" option is turned on in Settings > name at the top > iCloud.

If you're still unable to add there accessory to HomeKit, you'll want to contact Apple to report the issue: Get Support

Cheers!
