Edit Exercise minutes

Hi! So I manually entered a workout wrong the other day and I set it as a 12+ hour workout. My exercise minutes for that was was 700+ and now I’ve set that as my new record. Needless to say, I can’t beat that.

I’ve gone through and deleted all the data from that day, and yet it still has my exercise minutes as 700+

Can someone please help me wipe that day? I just want to have a reasonable exercise goal back

Thanks in advance

It is very difficult to remove awards, rings and records. They will not affect your exerise ring daily goals which are set in Watch, Activity and at the bottom of the activity screen, Change Goals.

Having deleted the incorrect data, You could go to iphone, Settings, [your name], iCloud, (show all) and turn off Health which will erase all Fitness data on iphone and after restarting turn Health back on.

But warning!! the Rings and Awards  will take days to return and I can't guarantee it won't lose some on the way. I did it accidentally and my false 5K award never came back but it took over 2 weeks for the year's Activity to recalculate .
