Can I recover the data from an unsaved exercise and make it count towards my daily goal?

I did a strenuous functional strength-training workout that lasted an hour. AT the end of the hour, instead of "ending" the activity, I accidentely hit the "x" and the whole exercise deleted! Is there ANY way I can recover the data from that exercise and make it count towards my daily goal?

You can add workouts manually to the Health App on your iPhone, and they will count towards your goals, if you do that not later than 24hours after.

If you do not remember the exact statistics, you will have to guess them, they can not be recovered.
