Keychain Access wants to use the "login" keychain

Since my mac mini has upgraded to MacOS Ventura 13.3.1 (22E261) The keychain feature. Anyone have any ideas?

Keychain passwords Is the "local Items" keychain password the same as my Macbook password? I've entered my Macbook password and it works sometimes and not other times in trying to see my saved passwords. I'm running latest version of Ventura.

It's the same password as your user password:
