Tiny horizontal line on my screen
Retina, 12-inch, 2017
I have this weird blue/green line on my screen. Does anyone know what this is and how to fix it?

Thank you for the screenshot.
Your Screen is Failing:
From what you have reported, your screen is apparently failing. So, It is time for a new screen. If you have not had this replaced, then it might be replaceable by Apple, free of charge --but that it Apple's call.
Perhaps this is a Faulty Device?:
How old is this Mac? Note that you have a one-year, out-of-the-box, limited-warranty with this. So, if it is covered under warranty, then see if you can get the screen replaced. Being faulty, it likely would be nothing on you. Ask Apple Support for a new screen.
It sounds like you may be experiencing a stuck pixel or a dead pixel on your screen.
A stuck pixel is a pixel that is stuck on one color, while a dead pixel is a pixel that remains off, resulting in a black spot on the screen.
You can try fixing a stuck pixel by using a pixel repair tool or by gently massaging the affected area with a soft cloth. However, dead pixels are typically permanent and cannot be fixed.
If the issue persists, it may be a hardware problem and you should contact the manufacturer or an authorized repair center to get it fixed.
Thank you!
