Green Dot on my screen menu bar (with camera off)


A green dot top right of my screen doesn't go away. See photo:

For others with this issue:

summary:

If you have zoom or teams open in full screen with camera on, the green dot moves from the center to far right like in the image. If you close the app without leaving full screen, some people report the dot persisting with zoom or teams closed. To make the dot go away, open zoom or teams, go full screen, turn on the camera, (which then turns on the dot) then leave full screen, before you close zoom to remove the dot.
