every now and then I notice that the calender on my apple watch 6 (ios 9.4) shows events that have been cancelled or are even missing compared to Outlook on my computer and to my Iphone 14. It seems that the sync is incomplete. What can I do?

Found a solution, https://www.imore.com/apple-watch-calendar-not-syncing-heres-fix. Tried both toggling the calender on/off as well as reseting Sync Data in the Apple Watch app.
