To be able to Read and Write to this drive on both macOS and Windows computer - suggest formatting the Whole Devices as exFat with the MBR Partition Map

@P.Phillips Hello I've read allot of your replies and it looks like you help quite alot of people fixing their issues.. Can I please reach out for your help with my own issue. I have tried every key-command and spoke on the phone with apple support multiple times but with no success.

Issue: I own a 16-inch 2019 MacBook Pro, I am currently stuck in the internet recovery mode that fails every single time.. I have researched all the possibilities and tried everything they said. I am unable to install from a boot disk because I can not get it to boot up any other type of way. its almost like my keyboard keys don't work, I get absolutely no reaction when pressing any of the key-commands. But when the internet recovery is on the screen I am able to type in WIFI password so I don't think its the keyboard causing this. I am completely desperate on what to do, please if you can recommend anything that I have-not mentioned or anything at all I woulld greatly appreciate it.... thank you for you time

Personally, would use a Ethernet Cable from Computer to Router to avoid this type of Internet Connection iffy experience when attempting an Internet Recovery Boot
