How do I convert my photos from HEIC to JPEG? I'm using iPhone 11 and download sometimes photos to my Dropbox. Following this piece of advice: "Open the Settings app on your iPhone. Tap Camera > Formats > Most Compatible." does not solve the problem.

"Open the Settings app on your iPhone. Tap Camera > Formats > Most Compatible." will not convert already taken Photos.
Probably you meant HEIF.
