Hello, is it possible to change the Apple Watch series 8 stainless steel case if mine got scratched? Thank you

As Rudegar correctly suggests, scratches, which are normal wear and tear are considered cosmetic issues and Apple is pretty guaranteed to turn down a service request for anything cosmetic. The cost would be much higher than you might imagine to begin with. Apple doesn't actually repair Apple Watch. You'd have to pay for an out of warranty replacement, which would cost a LOT of money.
Live with the scratch or if it bothers you enough, buy a protective case for your watch, which will hide scratches and help you avoid future scratches. You'll find loads of affordable case options on Amazon for Apple Watch.
