Can I repair my Apple Watch's side body for scratches and damaged?
My Apple watch side body is damge nd many scratches

You should visit an Apple Store or an Authorised Apple Service Provider next to your place and let them have a look at it.
But I'm afraid, that this can not be fixed, and you will have to get the watch replaced, in case you want the original look again.
