apple music randomly playing

my iphone 12 and iphone 14 do this thing where they randomly start playing music for no reason. it scares me when it starts playing, my headphones will be silent then all of a sudden, the music starts blasting out of them. not only does it scare me, but it’s SUPER embarrassing for a beyoncé (no shade at beyoncé, it’s just the one that plays the most) song to come on on full volume in the middle of a meeting or while i’m on the train. i want this to stop. i’ve turned off airplay, i’ve disabled all settings like airplay, cellular data, deleting the app itself, background refresh, all of it. i went into control center to see if it was listed on there, but it wasn’t. it’s just driving me crazy. i can’t figure out how to sign out of apple music, but i would be absolutely willing to do so if it stops the music from randomly playing. help.
