Remote management when configuring Iphone

I was given an Iphone 8 Plus from my mother's company. I'm trying to configure the device but it won't allow me to skip the "remote management" step and yet says that my profile is invalid so I'm stuck and cannot go back or further.

Is there any way I to bypass this step ?
