Remove Remote Management when setting up new phone

When trying to set up new iPhone SE, I get so far and it comes up with Remote Management and can’t set up any further?

Brand new iPhones don't come with Remote Management. So, you must have purchased a used iPhone from someone and if you did, only the institution who installed the remote management profile can remove it.

Who did you buy the phone from? You may have been scammed here. Apple can't remove it, by the way. We can't help you remove it either.
