iPhone battery drain because of Home App. Help!

Battery drain by Home App on iPhone 13 running iOS 16.4.1 has picked up pace since my last post, now it’s draining almost around 50% and with only 1 HomeKit accessory!

The only smart home accessory linked is an August Smart lock, and I’ve also disabled automation on the Home app.

But nothing is stopping the battery drain causing due to the Home app. Request help from the community if any steps need to be followed to resolve or reduce battery drain from this issue.
