Dot Patterns on display out of nowhere

I am noticing some dots like pattern on my screen out of nowhere. I like to keep my Mac immaculate by the way.. i don't touch the screen in any type of condition.

I just bought a new MacBook and it has not even been a month since... But it is just heartbreaking looking at this. It is not interfering with the display but you can clearly notice , it is there .

Please help me!!! How to fix this.

This stuff looks like crud:

If it’s not crud, and not a film or such, then cleaning won’t help, but it won’t hurt.

Where that display here, I’d suspect a cat sneeze. Which can be cleaned off. Ask me how I know that.

If cleaning the display doesn’t resolve this, if it is scratches or such, then you will want to discuss this display with Apple.
