I cannot install/download apps from my new phone

Hi all! I have just purchased 13maxpro and did a transfer from 12maxpro. However, most of my apps are sitting in the cloud. I tried to download them with no success. A window keep popping in to log in to my apple id. Ages ago i used to use my husband’s one then I created my own and since i am using mine on my previous phone and mac pc with no problem. Now same old account comes out but with no option to remove it. I mean this account is totally irrelevant since the transfer and all was done on my proper apple account. When i check my id from the new phone its correct but when i want to download an app keeps showing me irrelevant apple id. What to do? Thank you in advance

Howdy keti181,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It seems like you are getting a prompt for the password for your husband's Apple ID which you used a long time ago while setting up your new iPhone.

You will need to check the App Store and iTunes Store to see if there are any updates for apps or purchases. A request for another Apple ID password is often caused by updates to apps or purchases that were made when using the other ID. Those purchases are tied to your husband's Apple ID and can't be transferred.

You will need to delete the apps or purchases made by your husband's Apple ID and download them using your Apple ID instead. If necessary, you may need to check your purchase history to see which apps or purchases weren’t made with your Apple ID.
