I created an appleid using my android phone and logged in on iPad2 with same credentials but cannot get past iTunes login/review Terms and Conditions page.

When you get that message on your screen, tap Review to sign in, then review your account information.
Click Review repeatedly.
Some people have only had a response after a second or subsequent click.
Try to download a free app at the App Store.

Log in at appleid.apple.com and make sure you have payment information stored there.

Ty for such a fast response but still no joy. I can review and agree to terms and conditions but after pressing Next - process doesn't proceed. (Payment method is accurate.) Thanks just the same.
