OmniPod5 compatibility

Are there any recent updates on OmniPod5 compatibility for iOS? We have five iPhones, we’ve always been an iOS family, but we will definitely go to Android in a quick minute if there is no compatibility in the near, like this year, future.

This is the first time Apple has been way behind the technology ball, and I’m not so brand loyal that I’m willing to carry a bunch of hardware around to manage diabetes, when we could switch OS and be good to go in a day.

This looping technology is what T1ds have been waiting for and the iOS isn’t ready for it. That’s sad. I know many of us in the community who are moving over or moving back to Android because of this. And we probably won’t come back, because this is too serious an issue to worry about happening again. I’ll give up my AppleWatch and all of our iPhones if OP5 compatibility isn’t coming very soon.
