hello, please help me with my problem. I went into someone else's apple id by mistake, confused it with the appstore, one guy created an account to download some games and I went in the wrong place, now this apple id is blocked, I can't get out of it, and when I try to erase the iPhone, the screen is simple hangs at the password entry stage. I know the password, my phone is not blocked, but I can’t restore access and unblock this account, because this can be done using mail, but I don’t have access to it. please help me turn off the locator so that I can reset the device through the computer. I don't have access to icloud either. my phone, possibly restored, since I ordered it on ozone. I have an electronic purchase receipt for ozone if you need it as proof.

You "went into someone else's Apple ID by mistake"? Sharing Apple IDs ends badly.

If the Apple ID is blocked in the App Store, you will need to discuss that with Apple. Per Apple: If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help.

If you encounter one of the following messages, then the Apple ID has automatically been locked to protect security, and cannot access any Apple services:

“This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons”
"You can't sign in because your account was disabled for security reasons"
"This Apple ID has been locked for security reasons"

The owner of the Apple ID will need to reset the Apple ID password to regain access: here is how to reset the Apple ID password.

Suggest they change their Apple ID password (and not share it) to reduce the likelihood of a repeat of this, too.

If y'all are sharing purchases, consider setting up Family Sharing.
