Just borrow / use a phone from someone near you or visit an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Reseller in your region.

Missing incoming calls Hello all.. Had anyone expect problem with missing incoming calls? Like simply not receiving calls on phone when it was on? My job is very serious and I have days when I am on home standby duty when I have to be reachable. Two days ago I literally had my phone 1 meter next to me but apparently when my agent wanted to reach me and tried to call me, my phone was unavailable like I turned it off or had no signal. I visited my call carrier and they told me there was no reports of missing signal so I requested a list of calls from them cause what else can I do to explain myself? For now I am waiting for a list. But if it was a problem with device what can I do? It's really unpleasant situation. I never had this problem with any iPhone before and I have iPhone devices over 13 years..
