I don’t know what happened, the function worked fine before but now doesn’t unlock when I am wearing my mask. iPhone is running newest iOS and Apple Watch too. Any ideas?

Javaliga, thanks for the link, but I have all that active on my iPhone and Apple Watch and it still doesn’t work😞. Should I got the Apple Store to get more help?
