Apple doesn't send refunds

I subscribed for a free trial in mathmaster app and forgot to cancel so the charge I was supposed to be charged is 10.99$.

Unfortunately I got a messages saying that they have taken 10 BHD which is in my country currency instead of taking the real value which is 10.99$= 4.1 BHD

I did request a refund and all I got is an invoice saying that they sent the refund of 10.99$ , but I got neither 4 BHD nor 10 BHD. I got nothing. Can somebody help!

If you have requested a refund, you must wait until Apple has approved. Then you will receive a message from Apple.

When will I get the money back?                                            

If your refund is approved, the funds will be applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item

Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:


Store credit – It may take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple Account balance.


Mobile phone billing – It may take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time may be affected by your network provider. You can contact your network provider for an update.


All other payment methods – It may take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you can't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.
