So download the Facebook apps … if your phone is compatible.
If (your phone is an iPhone 6 or an iPhone 6 Plus, and they require something higher than iOS 12.5.7, then your phone is not compatible.

Please see page one of this thread.
You may want to update your iPhone 6 to iOS 14, but this is not possible. To run a version of iOS more recent than the latest version of IOS 12, you will need a newer, less-outdated iPhone.
