Yes. Apple Card is essentially powered by Goldman Sachs Bank, and they are a member of FDIC. At the footer of this Support article (Set up and use Savings in Apple Wallet - Apple Support), it says, “Savings provided by Goldman Sachs Bank USA, Member FDIC.”
