Apple One
I have Apple One, part of the subscription information says you can listen on the go. Not sure how I'm able to do that, every time I try to use it I get a message saying I need to either take my iPhone off of Airplane Mode or connect to wifi. However, my iPhone is not on Airplane mode, it's connected to my cellular service providers network. So unless I'm at home on my WiFi, It's useless.
I subscribed because I have subscriptions to Apple TV+ and 200 GB of iCloud Storage. I've had the subscription for a month and haven't been able to listen to any music other than Music that I already had on my iPhone, the 2 GB of iCloud Storage included is ridiculous compared to the 200 GB subscription I already have, and I don't use the Apple Arcade.
I already have a subscription to Amazon Music Premium, the Apple Music user interface is considerably cumbersome compared to the Amazon Music user interface.
I've been using Apple products for over 20 years, I have 4 MacBook Pro's, 3 iPhones, and an iPad, and bought 2 MacBook Pro's for family members. I enjoy the stability and security offered by Apple products but even that seems to be dwindling bit by bit. I've seen numerous issues in the forum regarding various Apple products and services, that concern me. Needles to say, I'm canceling my subscription to Apple One because I really can't see the value in it, the way it's currently packaged and priced.
This sounds more like a complaint than a question, but where else can Apple "users" provide feedback?
... One more thing that's "broke" is the choices given for devices and topics when attempting to submit my "question".
