iCloud Account

I currently have 2 iCloud accounts. I had to create a second account in 2019 when I updated my iPhone and it froze, Requiring me to create a new iCloud account because I couldn't remember my iCloud password and the only way I could reset it was to wait for 10 days to receive a remedy from Apple and needed to get a new iPhone setup or be without a phone.

Problem is, I now have to share my subscriptions with myself between accounts (for the one's I can, another issue in itself), for some reason I had to upgrade both of my iCloud accounts (at 200 GB each) because I couldn't share one upgrade between both and couldn't share an Apple One subscription I had between my devices because some are under one account and others are under the other account.

There's older information stored on one account. I suppose I could download the information from one and upload to the other but that's a cumbersome and time consuming process but I will if that's my only recourse, I'd prefer not to.

Honestly, If I could share all the information and services/subscriptions between the 2, because I actually like having two accounts as it gives me a way to access one if there's an issue with the other.

I asked this question before and didn't get a response, so I'm trying again.

Is there a way to merge the two accounts together?

Except for setting up Family Sharing, you can't.
