iCloud Storage
Good day. I bought iCloud Storage for 2tb, payment was successful but I'm still on old plan. what should i do?

It sounds like you upgraded your iCloud storage, however it is still showing the previous plan. We can help.
When you update your iCloud storage plan, the change should take place immediately. Are you seeing the 2TB storage in Settings > [your name] > iCloud, or something else?
Have you been charged for the 2TB iCloud storage plan?
If you don't see the correct plan, and you haven't received an email confirmation about the change you might need to request the new plan again: iCloud+ plans and pricing.
If you still have trouble after that, you can get additional help and connect with Apple directly using either http://getsupport.apple.com or if you're in a region without direct support options, you can also Contact Apple for support and service.
