It sounds like you are not seeing the Mail app on your iPhone 14 Plus, and we'd like to help.

Did you search for it on the Home screen and also in the App Library?

If you have Mail enabled in iCloud settings, you can see your email messages at www.iCloud.com.

Find your apps in App Library on iPhone - Apple Support

If you haven't already, update your iPhone to iOS 16.4.1 to update the native apps on your iPhone.

When did this occur? Did you update iPhone, and then the app went away?

"Lost Mail icon: Mail icon was deleted in error from iPhone 14+, the Mail icon and App no longer on the iPhone, how. Do I retrieve Mail icon &App from cloud ?"

Troubleshooting Lost Home Screen Apps:

Two methods...

A. Drag it Back:

Swipe your finger in from the right. Then, drag it back over.

No Success?...

B. Reset the Home Screen Layout:

If a widget or app has gone mossing somehow, then you need to reset the Home Screen Layout...

You'd have to add back all the widgets that you can recall being back on there.

Scroll to: Reset the Home Screen and Apps to their Original Layout

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: General
3. Tap: Reset
4. Tap: Reset Home Screen Layout
5. Then... Add the apps back
