Can't get through the Terms and Conditions page when submitting a podcast through Podbean.

Can't get through the Terms and Conditions page when submitting a podcast through Podbean.
This has been a problem for some people. You must have a payment method registered in Apple Music/iTunes: make sure your computer is authorised to play purchases (Apple Music or iTunes menu Account>Authorisations>Authorise this Computer). Then try logging in at https://podcastsconnect.apple.com

If this fails I would suggest reporting it Podcasts Support: https://podcastsconnect.apple.com/contact-us - the error message you get may be an actual problem at their end.
If that fails the next step is to contact Apple Support: Support
Don't present this as a podcasting problem - they don't handle those and will refer you to Podcasts Support. Present the problem as being the inability to access Podcasts Support. It's also been suggested that getting them to look at your Apple ID may clear matters: do you have a Developer ID? Someone else found that his didn't work and when he created a normal ID it worked.

Hi Roger, thanks for the reply.
Ive tried apple support. They basically fobbed me off and told me to contact Podbean. Podbean told me it's an Apple problem!
Also, I can't contact podcasts support because I can't get passed the Terms and Conditions!
As this is (another of) Apple's internal issues there isn't really anything I can suggest except to go back to Support and ask to escalate it. Possibly if you keep on at them they will take some action. I don't see that Podbean, even if they are the creator of your feed, has anything to do with it.
It's driving me insane that I can't even contact podcasts support since I can't get passed the Terms and Conditions. Did you manage to work around this issue? I have the same and I can't seem to find a solution.
It's all to do with the email address you are using.
I did it by using an old email address and for some reason it went through.
Ive been trying to do the same exact thing through podbean but same error. LMK if you found a solution.
