just had apple support remove voice over on my tv, but now can't get siri when side button pressed on remote

1. Check your device interface language setting. Siri would only be active for the main language(s) of your country or region, when supported, as listed in: Use Siri on your Apple TV - Apple Support.
2. Check your Siri on|off setting. Settings﹥General﹥Siri﹥On.
3. Check internet connectivity, as Siri is an online service.
4. Try restarting and re-pairing the remote, as outlined in: If your Siri Remote or Apple TV Remote isn't working - Apple Support.
5. Verify that you keep the Siri button pressed while speaking to Siri.
6. If the issue persists, then restart the Apple TV box and try again.
7. Check Apple System Status to see if there are known outages for Siri.
