Only if you think you have Malware already on it, and need to remove it.
Unless there is something wrong, you should not be installing Antivirus or other "security" apps on a Mac. It has all the protection it needs already.
As good as Malwarebytes is, real-time scanners and analyzers like this, tend to cause issues with the system, slow it down and otherwise offer very little benefit.
Malwarebytes is is suggested for removal only, not for continuous usage.

I would install Malwarebytes, run a scan, and then remove the trial from its Help menu. If you don't, that real-time scanner keeps running in the background until the trial expires and you probably have better usage for your CPU cycles than malwarebytes.
