I have tried to use my gift card for apps. I redeemed it without problem. And I started to get the apps I wanted for a long time. As I tried to get the app using my gift card. It would start showing the loading icon to show that it is still processing the gift card balance. But afterwards nothing happens. I tried this on other apps too. And it responds with the same thing. Is there a way I can fix this? If yes, how?

Start here, please check the network connection:
You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support
-> If you tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support.
