Do you have any family members, friends or neighbors? You can log into your Apple ID temporarily on their iPhone or iPad to administer you account.
You could also call Goldman Sachs Bank and identify yourself and they can lock your account.

At the present time you can use an iPhone or iPad to access your Apple Savings account.
So by that reasoning if the iPhone gets lost, broken or stolen (and the wallet with it), you lose access to your savings account. Apple, if you're listening, this is a risk for people. Desktop access will be helpful in the future.
Everything is still saved to your Apple ID. If your phone is stolen first thing to do is to log into your account in a browser and put it in lost mode to lock out any attempts on your phone. Also any transfers of money out from the account requires authentication to add and transfer funds. Its a pretty secure system.
Your account is accessible only through the wallet.
You can not use iPad as the savings account is not even accessible on iPad. Please correct.
