If you have, (or is "free" from App Store) "Pages" app on your iPhone:

How to: Export to Word, PDF, or another file format in Pages on iPhone - Apple Support

there are a lof PDF app for iphone. for example SwifDoo pdf for Iphone , Adobe, PDF editor
