MacBook M1 Pro , During boot and at Login Page the Screen Turns off and Turns on by itself

I came to notice after latest upgrade of macOS Ventura 13.3.1(22E261), during Boot and login Page the screen turns off and on / Flikers by itself only during this time and other than that it dosent happen after login , System works fine , i have restarted like formating and reinstaling the OS but facing same issue
