start up issues with Mac book pro 14 inch M1.

After the most recent Ventura update, my Mac book pro's screen blacks out twice but always comes on after signing in. Is this a concern? Should I reinstall Ventura? It never did that before the latest update... thank you in advance

Troubleshooting a Flicking Mac at Boot:

Try Safe Mode:

Boot Up in Safe Mode, and see if you get this while boring in it.  Go here: Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support, then, shut down the Mac, and power it back on, seeing if this has gone away. In Safe ModeLogin Items do not run at login, certain preferences are set aside, and damaged system files are then reset.

I have seen a few other posts on these forums about this issue. I wouldn't worry about it if it only occurs at the login screen assuming it doesn't cause a problem for seeing the screen to navigate. Hopefully it will be resolved with a future macOS update.
