I need help in restoring my desktop folders and documents?

This morning all my Macbook Pro desktop folders and files were in place. Around 9 AM I upgraded to Ventura 13.3.1.

When I opened my Macbook I noticed that everything was gone except for my HD icon and Time Machine. So are my documents and there is nothing in iCloud. The scary part is that I cannot go back in Time Machine and find anything and the Restore option is grayed out. (See Time Machine Screenshot)

I went to Apple System Settings and Apple Id but there is nothing there to help. Under "Devices" the block says "Failed to Load Devices." (See Screenshot.)

I go to iCloud and in Data Recovery the Restore Files Option is blank and get a message that there are no files to restore.

I have tried restarting and nothing changes. I do have a Backblaze backup.

UPDATE: I HAVE LOCATED THE MISSING FILES IN ICLOUD.COM, BUT I CANNOT DRAG AND DROP THEM ONTO MY DESKTOP. AND THE DOCUMENTS SO NOT APPEAR IN FINDER.
