I’m being charge for something I don’t know anything about with apple.com

I’m being charged on my bank account for something I don’t even know what I’m paying for or I didn’t even ask to buy from apple.com

We are not charging you. We don't know why. We are not Apple. As your fellow end users, we have no more access to Apple databases than you. We can, however, offer recommendations for action on your part.


Start here:


If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support


The most important part of that article is "View your purchase history." If Apple does NOT show a record of the charges in your history, it is likely scammers have gained access to your credit card number and are pretending to be Apple. It happened to my familiy.


If that is the case, only your CARD ISSUER can remedy it.


If Apple's history shows the charges, continue with the instructions in the article.


Also, this are not chat rooms. Everyone here is a volunteer answering on a time-available basis. Posting three times in two minutes can cause some people to ignore your question. If you need immediate help, this is not the venue.
