  • What is the exact description of the charge?
  • What do you see in your purchase history on that day?

  • If it is not in your purchase history, it is not a charge that was managed by Apple and it could have been from a website that is billing your card directly. Or worse your card may have been compromised by a skimmer/shimmer when used on a retail terminal. That would require contacting your bank to secure your account.
  • If you use Purchase Sharing with a family plan, you have authorized members to make purchases to your payment method.
  • I assume you have reviewed your subscriptions since you said you did not have any.

Please update with more information or screenshots if necessary so we can help you with any further steps that may need to be taken. It is too late to get a refund from Apple if it was a charge by Apple as that is usually only a possibility within 30 days, but preventing any further charges or being able to find out the reason of this charge is essential.
