Charged money and can’t find out why
I get charged every month $15 from apple and I can’t see why and I need answers

If you are unable to see the subscription/charge, there is also a possibility that your card has been compromised. This happens easily when the physical card is used at a retail terminal that has a skimmer/shimmer installed by a scammer. They use descriptions of well known companies so you do not dispute the charge. In that case only the bank can resolve the problem by cancelling your card.
You should also contact Apple directly if you are unable to find the charge to confirm they are legitimate.
