How to update my iPhone using another method because the normal one is not working?

Enable full-power mode, remove any add-on first-few-hops VPN client app, free up sufficient storage, remove any beta profile, force-restart, connect to Wi-Fi, and try the update again.

If the update fails, use a Mac or Windows PC to update.
Settings > General > Software Update (you’re in Settings > General > About):
Enable full-power mode, remove any add-on first-few-hops VPN client app, free up sufficient storage, remove any beta profile, force-restart, connect to Wi-Fi, and try the update again.

Is your use of this iPhone associated with an organization, and this iPhone managed or supervised? If so, contact the IT organization managing this iPhone.
Is Focus or Screen Time enabled? if so, disable that, and check again.

You've gone too far into the Settings.
You should find Software Update one step back from where this screenshot was snapped, and one line down.
Settings > General > Software Update.
