Apple Card Declined transactions

I recieved already my physical Apple Card and I was able to make some payments with my Apple Pay. Since a while (like 4 days) I wasn't able to make more payments through Apple Pay or payment with my Apple Card, I activated it already but everytime I try to make a payment it says declined due to an "Over Spend Limit" but My balance is OK, so I don't know what to do to be able to Pay with my Apple Card

Sorry I don't fully understand your question. If you already spent all of your credit limit you wouldn't be able to spend anymore until you pay down some of the debt to make more credit available. If you haven't already spent all of your credit limit you should contact an Apple Card Specialist to find out why your are transactions are actually being declined. There could be an issue they need you to address that caused them to freeze your account until it is addressed.
