Hey Jeff, thank you for committing.
the transactions weren’t made by me. Those screenshots are from my credit card app that shown that they were made by Apple Pay. It is a scam and I’m searching how to dispute those transactions that I have never made. I cannot deny them through my Apple Pay/ Waller app in my phone because they not appear there.
what is the next step I should do?
On my credit card transactions history (happened a week ago). My credit card company refuses my request to deny the transactions because there were made by Apple pay. They’re saying that I gave the permission to is, which I didn’t.
I’m not familiar with Goldman Sachs.
Contact the bank that issued your VISA. Goldman Sachs Bank is the issuer and servicer of Apple Card which is a MasterCard. They can’t help you.
The Bank that issued and services your VISA is who you contest unknown charges with.
If you don’t have a VISA or an account with the bank listed, it’s more than likely a scam.
I have a situation where I purchased an iPad last week, today I received an Apple Card that is a (credit card?)that is a MasterCard listed with GoldmanSachs. Just my name on the front, no account # or expiration date#s. Something wrong with this, I’ll be “watching” to see what might be developing with this card. I know I won’t be!
That’s a security feature. I’ve had my Apple Card Mastercard since 2019, nothing unusual about this at all.
Yes, a Mastercard can be a credit card or debit card. Do you want more information on the card?
Are you saying charges were fraudulently made using credit card but don’t show up in transactions?
not appearing on my wallet app but do appear on my credit card and in my bank account. And as I mentioned the kind of transaction is by Apple Pay. Not a regular credit or debit
Appear on your credit card where, on your statement from Goldman Sachs?
What credit card did you use? Apple Card MasterCard, issued and serviced by Goldman Sachs Bank? If not Apple Card, what credit card did you use?
is was visa. In the transaction details you can see that the payment is by Apple Pay. 5368 last 4 digits of Apple Card.
