What app is that you took a screen shot of? That’s not Apple Card in your Wallet app on your iPhone. Did you receive at notification via email or text? It could be a scam. Please contact Goldman Sachs Bank,

Hey Jeff, thank you for committing.

the transactions weren’t made by me. Those screenshots are from my credit card app that shown that they were made by Apple Pay. It is a scam and I’m searching how to dispute those transactions that I have never made. I cannot deny them through my Apple Pay/ Waller app in my phone because they not appear there.

what is the next step I should do?

I have a situation where I purchased an iPad last week, today I received an Apple Card that is a (credit card?)that is a MasterCard listed with GoldmanSachs. Just my name on the front, no account # or expiration date#s. Something wrong with this, I’ll be “watching” to see what might be developing with this card. I know I won’t be!
